Turners was the only of the three responses that completely followed through on our request. We were in dire straits, our air conditioner wasn't working at all and it was 90 degrees outside. They gave us an appointment within 48 hours in spite of a flood of other such requests, confirmed the appointment, confirmed an early arrival and stayed until the job was complete, which took longer than expected. Very impressed by Jake, the tech who came to replace a persistently malfunctioning thermostat. Of all techs that tried to deal with this issue, Jake showed more creativity and knowledge than anyone . He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, a true customer service expert. Good to know there is someone out there who knows what he is doing. Anthony and Bill came to my house, and installed my brand-new air-conditioning system Yet it's this big part in building my house, installedmyin brand-new air-conditioning system and in record time time had record of 4 hours. I had Turner come out last year, and the man said it would be $700 to fill up my compressor with Freon. But he said it all leak out. Don't waste your money. I knew right then and there, that this was a company that I can trust. Let me tell you, these boys certainly did let not let me down . these men are true professionals from the little thins like wearing booties not get dirt on your floors, I highly recommend you getting these top-of-the-line guys a call. Great experience. We needed a new HVAC system that included a 2 ton a/c, gas furnace, and steam humidifier and got a very fair price from Turners. Two HVAC specialists, Chris and Cody, came early on Saturday morning and did a great job installing a new Bryant system and April Air humidifier. The installation was flawless and we couldn't be happier. To our surprise they even replaced the beat-up looking supply and return ductwork feeding into the a/c condenser coils and gas furnace with large custom made pieces and moved the refrigerant lines so they were out of the way. Chris was the lead technician and his workmanship was meticulous and he explained everything. It all looks perfect and the new system is working great and it comes with a 10 year parts guarantee from Bryant and a 2 year labor warranty from Turner's. I feel lucky to have found Turner's and think they're an honest company does great work and doesn't rip people off. Highly recommend. Steven F.
I used Turner Service Co (Phil) to fix a spigot pipe break and they came out same to to assess the problem, ordered the part, and fixed it next day in less than an hour! This is after calling Croppe Metcalf who said they would not open the drywall and could not fix the problem for a week later AND was more interested in selling me a maintenance contract! The ladies who take the calls and make the appointments are super on top of it as well - always seemed accommodating.
